Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is governed by Fine Arts Gurukul (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”) and applies to all programs offered under:

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of enrolment or fee payment
Requests made after this period will not be considered valid
Once the course has commenced, no cancellations will be accepted

Fine Arts Gurukul follows a structured learning model. Therefore, refunds are limited.

Refunds will be processed only under the following conditions:

Within 24 hours of registration:

→ 40% refund (60% of the fee + applicable charges will be deducted)
After 24 hours:

→ No refund will be applicable

The date of payment will be considered as the date of registration.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or bank account.

Prolonged absence may affect participation and course progression
In certain cases, continued absence may lead to discontinuation from the program

For internal programs: Certification is issued by Fine Arts Gurukul upon completion
For affiliated programs: Certification is issued by the respective institution or university

Re-registration requests may be considered within 6 months of course start date
A re-registration fee (up to 50%) may apply
Any fee revision will be applicable at the time of rejoining
Re-registration is subject to availability of batches/programs

No refund will be issued in case of:
- Voluntary withdrawal
- Non-attendance or no-show

Fine Arts Gurukul reserves the right to take disciplinary action in case of:
